City of Darien, Georgia, Urban Redevelopment Plan
The Darien Urban Redevelopment Plan was approved by the Darien City Council on May 20, 2008 by Resolution No. 2008-10. It provides a general blueprint for redevelopment of blighted or threatened areas of the City of Darien. -
Comprehensive Plan
Chapter 110-12-1 of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Rules governs Comprehensive Planning in municipalities and counties within the state. These rules require that a plan be updated every 10 years in order for the municipality or county to remain eligible for grant funding.
